NUTELLA 26,370
Okay but why are people pretending like playback/lip-syncing is the problem... when the biggest flaw is that her songs themselves are aggressively uninteresting/boring? I'm fickle- If she put out a good song, I would be a shameless fan of it, loud & proud. She would still be a drugstore Britney dupe... but at least she'd have a good, memorable song. So far, left wanting 🤷🏽♂️ 3
xxxdreams 168
I actually really like her music and her album in general, but I think the problem is that most people think her performances are extremely lackluster. They just don’t think she has a good enough stage presence to pull off what she’s trying to be, and that is true to a degree, as Addison doesn’t have the stage presence of Britney, can’t perform or dance like Britney, but at least still gets **** on for lipsyncing like Britney, so that’s a point I guess She really needs to work on making her voice more stable. Much, much more stable.

elijahfan 27,481
I don't know about this specific performance, but I saw her live a few months ago and had a great time. I think her debut album is very solid and I definitely had it on repeat last summer. Reminds me of 2012 when it was trendy to **** talk Lana's performing abilities, I guess it's just part of the gig for newish pop girlies who aren't necessarily great vocalists. It's low-key the same misogyny Madonna, Britney and countless others had to go through at their beginnings, it's pretty sad. 1

Much, much more stable. Its also natural for new pop girls to be compared to older names in the music industry. Especially when they are heavily produced acts that fall into archetypes reflected by previous acts or originated by previous acts. The pop girls that survive it (like Gaga for example) show they have something unique about them and their artistry. The ones that end up fading are the ones who never break free of the mould set out by their record label. Atm, Addison ain't showing she's got something unique to contribute. So I'm personally not convinced she's got staying power. The gays know how to party

DSK 626
I was there, close to the stage. For us who enjoy the songs, it was a good time. She's really young and barely starting, people should take that into consideration. And I'm not even a fan, I just like some songs. She has potential. I understand that for those who don't know her or like her style, it wasn't much of a blast. But this reviewer was just bitter lol Edited March 24 by DSK 1
