The music actually wasnt bad...it flopped because the film came out on 9/11 and ruined any financial success...

She should be grateful tho, cos this movie soundtrack safe one of her fan's life  from 9/11 disaster cos she decided to go buy that album instead of going to work on time that day. 

She worked on the 105th floor of the South Tower, and by stopping to buy the album, she was late for work, which in turns saving her life. And later, get another CD signed by Mariah after she hears the story.

Glitter is a lot better than some of her other albums tbh.
At least she had somewhat creative control and it wasn't completely dictated by Tommy Motolla... 
It's not as horrendous as Me...I Am Mariah.. now that is Bad! Shamone!
