weed 76,916
is this 100% fact purely based on factual statistics or is this only certified or something else?
NUTELLA 18,496
I know they were/are big deals, but seeing names like Celine Dion, Olivia Newton John & Barbra Streisand on these kinds of lists always shocks me Edited 8 hours ago by NUTELLA

They expain it here but I don't know exactly. People seem to be dismissive of his data https://chartmasters.org/best-selling-artists-of-all-time/ They have been using a list that combines physical/digital ones and everybody was raising eyebrow for that. At least this one separates them. Edited 8 hours ago by elsamars a wolf in sheep’s clothing is deadlier than an honest foe
gagzus 18,037
This feels 100% more accurate than what some very young people on the internet assume. Like Madonna is and will remain the most successful female popstar of all time. Because she did it when it was harder to be successful. Plus as someone who grew up with artists like Celine and Whitney, their fans (like true fans like how were true Gaga fans) BUY their sh*t. Theres loads of people on here who are “fans” but haven’t spent a single penny on Gaga media outside of maybe a tour ticket and a Spotify subscription. Which isn’t buying proper Gaga media like buying albums (physically or digitally). Which shocks me. But maybe that’s just an age difference between me and a lot of the Gen Z fans now. We consume media differently. Edited 8 hours ago by gagzus
