Honestly, even when the show are not recorded, it's been a thing lately to have cameramen onstage for the backdrop footage and I find it super annoying and ugly as ****. Beyoncé did it a lot on the Renaissance Tour.

Every single MAYHEM show has involved cameras in way or another. They are essential for the concert experience.

Yeah, the cameraman in this example isn’t even blocking the view. Don’t really need the issue here tbh. The other examples where they’re obstructing? Totally get the anger. Here, not so much.

It's not obstructive but it's goofy looking.

If you can't get an angle without having a cameraman two feet away from you then maybe use a different angle? They have half a dozen other cameras that would have sufficed without having a non-performer on stage.

They basically treated the shows as a movie production and there’s no way to make it cute or justify, she had to do better and it’s another bad step in the way she’s becoming out of touch and fame got into her head. Time to say that honestly.

Also the whole pauses to look nice and fix the outfits.. what happened to Gaga that tore apart her leggings and her outfit and just didn’t give a f-ck?

Concert films are supposed to authentic and this one is not.

People paid a lot of money to get good seats - I’d be annoyed too. I kinda get it.

I guess part of the disappointment from some people is a matter of preference, too. I myself would like to see the process of filming, and her stopping to fix her hair is funny and cute to me  So I would have been okay with the show as long as my view wasn’t obstructed.

But people should have been informed before buying the tickets that this would take place because they are already way too expensive, so they should be able to opt out if this is not something they would enjoy. Also, the tickets with the view obstructed should have been way cheaper/free because that really was too much 

That said, this particular person is clearly just enjoying the attention at this point and is milking this as much as he can. I even saw a post where he was trying to get a job out of it   so I just blocked them hahaha I got tired of their videos on my TL. Glad he got his money back, though.
