Has anyone actually received a refund? I was heavily impacted (end of catwalk, row three) and had cameras blocking my view the whole time. After seeing this forum, the Reddit pages, and Tik Toks about refunds, I requested one from Ticketmaster. I included pictures and references to others receiving refunds and they still declined it. Curious if anyone actually received a refund?

I've seen nothing concrete to suggest that any refunds were issued. The internet lies a lot, but the one thing that will always be true is that Ticketmaster are bastards of the highest order.

Again! Complain about it. Sure. But it simply doesn't warrant the online posts tagging the artist. The entitlement people feel has gotten out of hand.

Yeah, I actually prefer when an artist lets a **** up happen and just goes with it.

Like I've seen P!nk on every tour she's done in the last 16 years. She's ****ed up at every single show by either tripping over lines, ****ing up her piano playing, getting distracted by the crowd mid song.

And its just so enjoyable

So everyone was crying about the Artrave Livestream because it was not cinematic enough, and now she does the opposite and everyone is still crying. 
It is very sad for those people that had the blocker views, but they are getting refunds. So you saw Gaga for free. Stop crying

You are correct on all accounts. I spoke with Ticketmaster yesterday and they said the reports of refunds are untrue and no refunds have been issued. I feel incredibly lucky to be able to see her with those seats but a bit disappointed my view was blocked. I wasn’t going to make a big fuss because at least I got to see something and hear her sing but reached out when I saw others got refunds. Unfortunately that was all untrue and no one will be getting refunds.

The reports about refunds are 100% untrue per Ticketmaster. I haven’t been able to get a single person who stated on social media they got a refund respond to me. 
 

The problem is that it was never disclosed to us. I have no problem with a cinematic performance but the impacted people should be notified BEFORE purchasing and/or get a discount on tickets. Neither happened.

One could say it's first world problems but these tickets were not cheap. If that camera dude had been where he was at my Paris show, it would have completely taken the show from a 10 to a 7. How the hell can anyone completely escape into the Mayhem Ball if that is obstructing your view. 

Whatever way people are brushing this off, it was a poor decision she made at the expense of her audience and I'm sad for anyone who didn't get the feeling I got from the 2 and a half hours of pure mental mayhem because of it. 

On a side note, I enjoyed all the comments on Reddit saying "I don't know why people are complaining, the camera wasn't a distraction from my seat behind the upper level toilet to the left of the stage - this is not a big deal?"
