If she unironically reposted an article of her with the headline saying she is a “darling of the right” she is endorsing that party. She doesn’t have to say it out loud but her actions are affirming them.

She must be tired of these dumb accusations, her responses are getting more and more “aggressive”, it’s been going on for too long and it has obviously stained her public image to the point people just assume it’s real, she’s clearly bothered by this whole thing and so is Jeremy (who, we must remember, is not a famous PR trained person)

She's mocking the ridiculousness of the article, that much is obvious. I think those who believe Lana's MAGA haven't done the slightest bit of research into her. She publicly announced she was putting a hex on Trump when he got elected and when Kanye came out as MAGA, she publicly said that Trump's win was a loss for the country and Kanye's support was a loss for the culture. She also made an anti-gun song and stopped using US flag imagery because she didn't like what the flag represented anymore. It's crazy that people don't seriously look into this and instead just see her being white, feminine, rich and now married to a seemingly conservative looking guy who she cooks for and just make the wildest of assumptions. You can be a liberal feminist and want to cook for your husband who you love. I thought judging people on superficial factors is generally considered bad?
