Sure, artists tour their most successfull regions first, so Hillary playing so many US shows or Lily and Marina playing the UK is understandable. I could guess that they can't sell their tickets for prices as expensive as in the US, but we are talking about artists here whose tickets aren't so expensive to begin with. But they are still selling their music and merch here so they could at least play a few cities.
