As to whether or not she'll be performing, I'm not sure but I'm optimistic and think she could. I'm pretty sure they'll announce her either tomorrow or Friday. I feel like Gaga, Bey, Miley, Lana, Adele have all attended when they were nominated and had nothing else to do (even when it was obvious they were not winning.) Says alot.
