This actually made me sad bc I’ve seen him 5 times and have never paid over $150 for a lower bowl ticket. He used to be the king of reasonable ticket prices. I’m signed up for the NYC presale but I can’t spend $400-1000 on a lower bowl ticket for him right now.

This! As long as everyone keeps buying them, the prices will continue to climb. Everyone has been complaining about ticket prices for years now, yet they keep selling out the tours.

The people complaining are buying less tickets, if buying any tickets at all now. 

The people paying these prices are rich kids with daddy's credit card or tech/finance professionals with way too much credit card debt.

it is disgusting to charge this much, I didn't even try to get a ticket for Mayhem Ball after seeing the prices. rather see lesser known artists for a reasonable price. I hope the likes of Harry enjoy having disinterested rich folk for the majority of the audience

Why have all artists turned into exponentially greedy c*nt holes btw? 

As so many seem to be charging like this lately, is it due to legitimate costs on their end? Effects of losing a few years because of COVID? Could they charge old prices and still profit?

either way the cost to see one 2 hour concert is DESPICABLE!!!!!!!

They do it because people pay for it. Yes there’s backlash, but the shows still sell extremely well. Why stop when people still give you cash hand over fist?

There should be a mass exodus where nobody buys tickets, forcing the artists to post videos of themselves crying on Instagram begging for forgiveness

We were hoping to get tickets, having seem him a couple of years ago, and were prepared to pay higher prices, but by the time we got into the sale, the prices were so high we just closed the window. It's ridiculous.

Honestly at this point with greedy artists, stop going. When loads of people finally stop going along with this craziness then the artists will be forced to rethink and stop scalping us.

For perspective, I paid $388 for a stellar floor seat for Rosalia at MSG. The $1k+ price tag is unnecessary and greedy, especially when you’re doing like 30 shows at the venue. The only answer is if people stop going but I’m sure these shows will sell out in minutes. Sad that in such dark times the escapism of our favorite artists is becoming inaccessible.
