As someone who appreciates lyrics as being equally as important as a songs production, I would find it difficult connecting to a song/album in a language I don’t understand. I’m sure that is me being very basic but I just don’t get it.

adore both mayhem and bad bunnys album but AOTY is 1000000% going to bad bunny, and that's okay, he deserves it (as does gaga). gaga fans need to mentally prepare for whats gonna happen, bad bunny doesnt deserve the inevitable abuse from this fanbase given how much love hes shown gaga throughout his entire career

it truly is you being very basic. Do you think I understood a word that lady gaga was saying when I was 7? most people in non english speaking countries know just very basic english and we still like all sorts of singers that sing in all sorts of languages.

One of my coworkers is Dominican and has been playing his stuff lately in the mornings while we work. Not the biggest fan of it myself, it just kinda blends in with all other Spanish music I've heard (in the same way all white girl pop music sounds the same, a lot of trap/rap sounds the same, a lot of dubstep sounds the same, all post-9/11 country sounds the same, etc) but bro sure is passionate about Mr. Bunny and it's kinda sweet  

We talk about how much his domination is gonna piss of Trump and the dumb red hats and that makes me happy
