I will be so disappointed if she doesn’t finally win one of the general field categories this year. Universally acclaimed album with critics, massive celebrated tours, public repeak, her strongest songs in years, she is so overdue and yet this would not even just be a token “it’s time” award recognizing her whole career, she truly deserves it for this album.

If Kendrick wins AOTY, I'll be somewhat happy, but it does feel ludicrous that GNX might win when neither TPAB or DAMN. won. It's not that GNX is undeserving, but it hasn't come close to the impact of those two albums. It just doesn't feel like an AOTY winner.

gagas paid her dues more than kendrick i really do feel like this is her last chance to win in the major categories.

I’d be happy with these two wins: MAYHEM Pop Album and Abra Dance Song.

It’s a long shot but Disease winning Pop Vocal Song would be great too

as long as Gaga doesn’t lose to Sabrina... I fully expect Bad Bunny to get AOTY and Golden to win SOTY. My most realistic expectation is Abra getting Best Dance Pop Recording and I’m hoping for ROTY as well.

I’ll be happy with Dance Recording and Pop Vocal Album, surprised if she wins Pop Traditional and Pop Solo but don’t want to get my hopes up for any of the big categories. It seems like they’re really trying to push Bad Bunny to win with the political climate and Kendrick has also been the frontrunner for a whole year.

Also another elephant in the room is most of the committee decide who they’re voting for the second they find out the noms, and tend to stick to it. 

I remember years ago someone posted their friend on X who received a great FYC package, I think it was maybe a brat one or something, and they loved it and the album in the package and thought it was the best album BUT they were friends with a producer on a competing album and voted for the competing album purely because of that. Some people also notoriously don’t even listen to the albums, I think this year is the first year they have to listen to the albums nominated through a website that lets them know who’s listened and who hasn’t.
