Do artists still release iTunes exclusive stuff or this is out of pattern?

I don't remeber if Taylor, for example, had a iTunes exclusive around all those variants she had

They all started releasing digital exclusive on iTunes since Billboard limited webstore (D2C) exclusive variants

Taylor had iTunes exclusive, they even posted for the first time in over 6 years to promote it:

Madonna this summer with Confessions II had an edition with an original bonus track, Hot Sauce, on iTunes!
