Creyk 18,657
They live this way in Iran, although for them the reason is international conflict, not data centers. But basically when you are an average citizen, you know that on any given day you will have electricity between 2 pm - 4 pm. This is the time to charge all of your devices and do the washing / cooking if you want to use electricity for that stuff. Then they turn it off until the next day. The US is headed in the same direction.

I just take his wrong facts about how Canada is ripping off the US very personally. We probably have the most mutually beneficial economic ties in the world where both sides benefit very much but hes too stupid to get it . Now Canada is opening up trade with China instead that will be less beneficial for Canada than the US trade while this will hurt America as well as it will displace US autos and manufacturing (which USA has a trade surplus with Canada on those sectors BTW) His whole adversarial mentality is "as long as I can hurt you more than you can hurt me, even if I get hurt a little bit too, I win" Like he hasnt literally said it but u can tell thats how he thinks. He will do things that hurt America as well (but hurt the other Country more because Americas economy is so large that its a smaller share that takes the damage). But what kind of dumb thinking. Damage is still damage even if its "LESS" damage than your trading partner. So how is that winning? Hes clearly 5 years old and sees the world as a board or video game and gets adrenaline out of being destructive and playing as the USA being powerful gives him the power to create chaos and its fun for him to whatch. If America gets burned a bit too doesnt matter. Its fun and he "wins" Edited January 18 by Economy
