artdoll 46,985
I love both for different reasons. It's difficult to choose since they're both very strong bodies of work and I think their bonus tracks add a lot to each respective album as well. I think I'll go with LFS because I've been listening to it a lot more lately, but also I think it flows more smoothly than CTC. 。゚☁ glued up, sometimes it's too much ☁ ゚。
faysalaaa 5,294
I feel like Cheek To Cheek has more of Gagas identity and creativity, but I dont feel that with Love For Sale.

GAGASEXUAL 3,928
Her voice is too nasal on Love For Sale, Cheek To Cheek is the best.

monketsharona 89,755
Cheek to Cheek I think I listed to LFS only once... Wasn't in a jazz mood at the time.
Nessun Dorma 9,528
Love For Sale for sure! I prefer its songs and arrangements, but mostly because I think it's a magical album, as it was recorded during Tony's cognitive decline. The fact that he managed to escape Alzheimer's for certain moments to sing all the lyrics to all the songs, delivering remarkable vocals, is something that amazes me each time. Music has a spiritual capacity to touch the deepest parts of the human experience in ways that go beyond rational understanding! I love the genuine affection between Gaga and Tony, their partnership really brought out the best in each other

zevthepaparazzo 2,083
Woah C2C is in the lead! I like L4S more but I have a theatre kid bias so I like Cole porters showtunes slightly more than C2C’s jazz standards Anything goes!

But Harlequin ofc takes the cake as far as her jazz projects are concerned We have forgotten our public MANNERS
pachinko 10,698
Cheek to Cheek is beautifully crafted. Love For Sale was rushed for obvious reasons.
