Well, she is. Stevie is a close friend and a mentor. They did a duet for 2010 Grammys.
Stevie writes for Swift album, (the prologue poem for the TTPD album). And Taylor is referencing Stevie on Clara Bow.
She attended The Eras tour and is very close. Stevie know about Taylor's relationship, and only friends did that. She commented on it and also praises Taylor on Rolling Stone magazine.
