So I was going through my photos from my trip to the Haus back in 2023 and came across some shots I took of Gaga’s boots from the 2011 Granmys performance. Had no clue they were silicone boots 😭 she was so WEIRD.

So they put layer upon layer of liquid latex on her feet to fuse the shoe to her leg? That is so time consuming and annoying.

I’ve always loved these. I’m still shocked that they went through that much effort to literally attach her heels to her feet, for them to NOT have a single moment of camera focus on the shoes

Nope. Maybe she sat in it for a while each day, but she got out. She rehearsed, she changed clothes and I remember her being 'transported' in a coffin from her hotel.

 

 

So another case of her living half way between reality and fantasy I guess.
