Deagan 608
I don't give a **** unless I get a chance to go and get a ticket, which was stressfull as hell at ziggodome. Sold out in like 20 minutes. Luckily I got in, but otherwise I wouldn't have been able to go with the amazing people I wanted to go with, and the second dates are worse than the first anyhow. Really here for small countries arena's, big countries stadiums. More stadiums in general, less double dates. Easier ticket-access.
hell0samuel 59
Coldplay played three sold-out shows in this stadium for 173 600 people. So, they played for 57 800 per show. http://www.webcitation.org/6AaSk8y47 i dont understand how there can be such a huge difference, not even a few thousand - stage size/not sold out Coldplay - 173,600 / 57,800 a night (3 nights) Bruce Springsteen - 91,000 / 45,000 a night (2 nights)

It depends on the stage size, where the stage is, etc... Or maybe the second night for Bruce Springsteen wasn't sold-out ?
Luc 4,775
Lmao @ above. Coldplay uses a center-stage kind of thing which unlocks a big part of the seats and things like that. Making them capable of playing to like 25% more people than with normal stages.
MikelAS 239
Okay, thanks! I don't think there are any arenas in Indianapolis, but I know of a couple in bordering cities. Yes there are... Bankers Life Fieldhouse is an arena... formerly called Conseco Fieldhouse. I've been to a few concerts there. And arenas are NOT built for music... they are usually built for basketball or some other small field sport... Sound quality is usually not very good... lots of echo and reverberation. The only venues built for music and sound are theaters.

Their tour stage is longer and less wide than Gaga's one for the Born This Way Ball so, I think the capacity for Gaga is about 53 000/55 000 people. In fact, both stadiums have the same capacity. VforVendetta 2,024
U2 used a.center stage and they made a huge gross with the 360o tour! But the center stage is terrible for pop acts...

TheBadRomancer 949
Arenas > Stadiums. Makes it just a tinge more personal.
HORRORHOLIC 68
There is no way she coul have done a North American tour in stadiums. Alot of the 10 - 20 thousand seat arena's didn't sell out so having the show in a place that hold 50-80 thousand wouldn't have worked. There might be a few places it could have been done and maybe on the ARTPOP tour, but I prefer arena's either way.

Luc 4,775
Second show was better because I attended it, no really. I loved the second show. I was like "what's happening this is not going as planned" when Bad Romance started and saw the debute of the BR vessel.
