Honestly, I think all the theories about her working overtime to get ready for family plans are just ignoring the obvious answer.

She's working overtime because she loves it again. 

This is the first decade in a decade where she's not been struggling mentally and is truly happy and in love with music again. 

And the result of that is that she constantly wants to create. Exactly like how TCB saw her essentially be reborn and be ready to get back to doing this. 

She hasn't stopped since then and its not just because of any family plans. Its because she's connected to music again and letting it flow freely.

I can still see all of this being clickbait on Zane Lowes side. This'll probably be the only things she said about new music and Zane used them as snippets so more fans would tune in.

Her interviews about new albums have always been scheduled around the album release date. She doesn't really announce things on his show. This episode is most likely planned for her Grammys campaign. They'll catch up on touring Mayhem, vaguely discuss the future and talk about her Harlequin special.

It’s obviously coming soon, she’s not ( especially talking about it) recording new music to have it ready for release in 2-3 years. 
she has never done that, always been the type of artist that works on it minutes before turning it in.
