She's Easily surpassing that Also the fact that numbers aren't counting mexico and singapore even though the show is hardly a separate show is nonsensical Honestly yes. The way the Mexico and Singapore shows are essentially just early iterations of the same show they absolutely should be counted. Taylor completely added a new section to Eras tour midway through because she had released a new album. Some artists have done completely new tours after releasing new albums but gave it the same name as a previous test tour and both were counted as one tour (like Harry Styles did). Even Gaga herself had two completely different versions of Monstwr Ball with entirely different sets, costumes, and staging and they were considered a single tour. The Mex/Sing shows are FAR more clearly the same show as the rest of Mayhem Ball than these other examples and yet they aren’t being counted because they did t use the name “mayhem ball”, it’s ridiculous.
Monstermilo 5,090
if gaga got bigger screens and a bigger stage, she couldve done stadiums and did close to 500-750 million the demand for her is at its peaks in terms of touring. 1

It's an achievement obtained by preventing many fans to see her with those crazy prices so it's pretty sad.
Dadru 2,394
Deserved, her best show ever. I'm still hoping for a second (stadium) European leg...
dynamite 61,740
Well yeah it probably broke the record after one show considering the disgusting ticket prices Like a poem said by a neydy in red
4th Time Around 4,807
Imagine how high the total tour gross would be if the US and European dates were planned for stadiums to begin with. The demand was definitely there but it's not like I care since arena shows are usually better anyway. nodandsmile 11,183
Definitely coming for 400M or close to it with the dates we got right now!

Not stadium please, it sucks and it being summer means its gonna be hell to wait till show starts and its gonna be daytime when she starts, I would be happy with a smaller run on arenas, just like the US one being a shorter leg Estàvem al cel, ara estem a l'infern

I personally prefer arenas but if they booked things on time, she would not need to do 2 north American legs with +20 dates each lol I feel like they probably underestimated her demand at first, 9 freaking dates at Madison Square Garden... I mean come one!
nodandsmile 11,183
I think op should mention the records that she has broken too, these are highest grossing concerts in these venues history, and Sydney the highest grossing concert by a female artsist ever in Australia!
Idefix1999 220
As much as I like to read these Gaga news, I will stick to the opinion that a tour's success should me measured in the number of tickets sold, not the gross or revenue. It's much more of an achievement to sell 10 million tickets global rather than grossing 10 million (insert currency here) with one arena show. I think the ratio was good, when the total gross divided by 100 was nearly the same number as the tickets sold, as this is a resonable average ticket price. With today's prices I find Taylor's, Beyonce's and even Gaga's "achievements" far less impressive. Although StanTwitter will eat her up how all her tours a flops because they never grossed half a billion or so

Contemporaries? Jade Thirlwall has spent the entireity of her debut solo era being vocally pro-trans and actively promoting trans charities etc. Ariana Grande platformed Advocates for Trans Equality after Trump signed the EO that explicitly tried to remove trans rights in the US. 400 fellow actors & film industry professionals signed an open letter attacking the UK Supreme Court decision that effectively tried to ban Trans people from gendered spaces. For the people before her? Madonna is way louder. World AIDS Day was December 1st - Gaga said nothing, no links to charity fundraising pages or anything. Madonna actively called out the Trump admin for effectively trying to cancel WAD and blocking already approved funding for it. She attended NYC Pride as a private citizen not a performer. She celebrated TDOV and publicly posted about attending a fundraiser for the Trans Justice Funding Project. In 2025, what has Gaga actually *done* for the LGBT community? She has historically been great - but she does very little publicly these days. Rarely posts about the issues facing our community. And realistically, all she's done this year is give one very PC speech at the Grammys. It's pure hyperbole to act like Gaga's unrivalved in support for the community. She was very good at the start of the career but her increasing silence on political issues hasn't been limited to the Israeli genocide against Palestinians or imperialism against Venezuela. She's not sticking her head above the baricades for LGBT+ issues either.

There is absolutely no way a ticket price in 2009 is the same as a ticket price in 2025.
