Included TDD, but not K4L or CSTH because the later two are always and only just bonus tracks.  TDD was released as an official single and got better treatment than all of the other MAYHEM tracks, therefore I feel it belongs in this list for this discussion.

Honestly... I would delete The Dead Dance, Die With a Smile, and Blade of Grass.... but if I had to pick ONE....... I guess blade of grass
