So now that Netflix is about to acquire WB, that's means that Harry Potter films, games, the new series, will be a own by Netflix.

And as you know, Netflix approach at times is more liberal towards trans actors and characters.

Which would clash with JK's "opinions".

So what do u think Netflix will do now with HP?

For me it's the biggest test for Netflix, are they really open minded liberal allies of the LGBTQ+ community, especially the trans community and will put JK in her place, add trans characters to the new series? or will they just let JK talk sh-t and enjoy the cash from HP?

HBO is owned by WB and will go to Netflix, most likely they will just move the content to Netflix and kill the HBO Max service and from the second season, all the decisions about the series will be from Netflix and not WB.

No matter what, JK publicly said that she will support anti trans organizations with all money she’s making.

Even if they have trans in show or not, she will make money from it and that money will go towards anti trans organizations.

Netflix is NOT an LGBTQ ally when they frequently toss mountains of cash to transphobic comedians, so honestly, I’m not expecting anything good from their performative allyship.
