I listened to Tyrant while heartbroken and my god. The intro, bridge, and outro were the most beautiful things I’ve heard. American Requiem and Amen are so beautiful too. Ya Ya feels so powerful. “My family live and died in America, good old USA, whole lotta red in that white and blue, history can’t be erased” oof. It’s a very powerful track. I feel like if the album clicks, it’s hard to see any of the others topping it.

Easy. Voting was happening as the Eras Tour was wrapping up. No musician had seen that level of media coverage in decades. Her win was inevitable. It was like 25 winning but on steroids.
