For the most part probably. Its a well known thing that many artists/labels inflate numbers with bots (then to a smaller extent overly obsessed fans who listen to their track 100 times a day can also have streams removed)

 

These filters often miss bots or spam but further analysis sometimes catch some of them later and then they get removed.

 

Still tho, no doubt a lot of the inflated streams dont get caught

There's a lot of stuff that she can be accused of but the need to bot streams is a little insane when the evidence of how popular she is is very apparent for everybody to see. She's the most popular artist on the planet at the moment.
