This isn't 100% proof there will be one but we can see they haven't even installed the proper set itself so I wouldn't freak yet. It's pretty safe to assume she'll have a runway.

I never understand how things works. I remember back in previous tours there were shows having no runway and lift. But why? Couldn't they just build it anyway?

Someone pointed out that the stage in the stadiums were higher so the arena supports wouldn't have worked properly and it wouldn't be practical to make an entirely new set of supports and potentially b-stages and runways for the few shows that were in those arenas.

Hopefully they thought that out more this time, especially considering they already have a stadium compliant stage.

This is just the skeleton stage. Likely put up ready by whatever firm livenation is renting the staging from. 

Its still missing literally everything else so its clear that Gaga's team hasn't started set up yet.

With the BTW runway it was due to the scale of certain arenas's floors. Some arenas have smaller floors than others as others have retractable seating.

Yeah I'm sure they kept the parts of it somewhere ?  but I do love the new one with screen thru the whole runway, otherwise the shallow and millions reasons part wouldn't work as good.

I see (i understand the roof and lighting wise) but seems to make more sense for me the other way if a stadium set doesn't work in Arena because it is too big. (Runway, elevator, and stage size etc)

Thanks, I remember watching old videos from btwb and even artrave, without runway feels it just doesn't give it's justice at all.
