Concertaholic 6,176
Just wanted to come on here to give Happy Mistake it’s flowers for being such a hauntingly, beautiful song. Admittedly I didn’t listen to it much when it first came out, but I just revisited this performance and realize that the world really missed out by not giving this song the chance to become the timeless smash hit it deserves to be. At least it’s part of a Grammy nominated album now I suppose 10 6 9

Agunimon 152
I wonder how the reception of this song would have been if it was instead on LG7. 14

Lampost 748
I'm still shocked she hasn't performed this in the piano section of the Mayhem Ball. It's my favourite ballad she's ever done. 11
27monster27 14,282
If Joker 2 didn't underperform so heavily then we 100% would've gotten an act dedicated to it on the tour. Happy Mistake should've been on the tour regardless. he/him/his 8

ThisGuyTony 31,663
MAYHEM desperately needed a Happy Mistake type ballad. Blade of Grass composition makes no sense to me. It’s a song about her engagement but sounds like Dope 2.0 2 2

Ngl I think they could’ve included both: one song in BOG that is about reconciling her heartbreak in the past and choosing love, HM being about reconciling her relationship with her public persona and choosing healing, then DWAS being the blissful resolution of both feelings/fears.
