So for those unaware, Floptok is a TikTok version of Stan Twitter that has its own complex lore, and it includes a what-if place called "Floptropica" (after Poptropica from the 2000s/2010s) that is an ideal LGBTQ+/Female landscape. Lady Gaga comes in when she tried to fight The Founding Mothers for rule of Floptropica by calling it "New Babylon" after flying in from the planet "Chromatica" in 2020. She battled with the Flops (the main ethnicity that exists on Floptropica), but she lost and made a truce with them which has led to an alliance between Floptropica and Chromatica. This treaty is called "The Treaty of New Babylon". In spite of this, Lady Gaga was briefly locked in the Khia Asylum, a place where people go when they flop, after Joker Folie A Deux and until MAYHEM allowed her to leave.
