I mean, at some point Gaga said she would be dead before we saw her in jeans and flats, yet here we are. I'm 1000% sure she just means that her vision of who Lady Gaga was going to be in the future, envisioned 10 years ago, is very different from the real Lady Gaga that will become in the future, as envisioned now - hence she lied back then cause it wont come to fruition. She opens up about so much that she hasn't spoken about in ages and once again she looks so so happy. I'm so glad for her! One of the last sentences made me tear up a little: "She says it again, looking as unburdened as I’ve ever seen her." because she actually DOES seem so happy and unburdened.
