I used it once or twice to see what the hype was all about, I refuse to engage or rely on something so untrustworthy

but my friends use it like it's google, one of them even used it to draft an email to their boss to explain why they had to skip a work trip... I was like "you're in your late 30s and you need AI to tell you how to write an email to your boss?"

Yes I use it all the time for coding/analysis. I also use it for come up with ideas and help me draft. But you can't trust a lot of what it says. The hype is definitely far bigger than where the products are. However it would be career suicide if I didn't learn to embrace it and use it to my benefit.

Lord Mayhem

I use AI DAILY and it's been a great help in developing my business. However, this is unfortunately going to impact millions who arent in highly specialized or in-demand fields. Plus, its a cost savings to adopt AI systems and robots for labor and each month and year that goes by...the job market will inevitably continue to collapse with mass layoffs and large swaths of unemployed people but very few jobs unless the governments of the world develop some sort of universal basic income system...

Never have, never will.

AI is incredible tech but it's not being regulated at all nor is it being used responsibly and effectively.
