I'm a fan, I'm from Spain but don't listen to other music from Spain usually but I listen often to reggaeton from Puerto Rico. I mean, as soon as she said she's inspired by Kanye's beats and art, and also like me has grown up with reggaeton, and she likes rappers. Perfect match:)

So I'm glad the critics are loving it, though I'm surprised it's so well recieved. By what I'm reading La Perla will probably be one hit - more commercial and latin beat, not reggaeton I think.

I do not like classic music at all, so I'm lowering my expectations. Been listening to Berghain and I think it's a good song, and I like the modern ending, distraught and explicit ending of the song, but probably won't add it to my daily list.

I'm just proud anyway. In terms of commercial success I'm not sure how well it will do, I'm guessing maximum one hit (La Perla), and yes I do not believe Berghain will survive even two more weeks of charting.

Two are 100 and the other two are 90 and 80. Just goes to show how powerful Rolling Stone is in terms of weighting (and why TS pays them every year for a positive 10/10 review).

I don't believe any of these pre-release reviews. I think I'll listen when it comes out as she is clearly trying to do something different and I respect that.

I agree that we should be skeptical of pre release reviews but the singles have been incredible and she has never made an album that I thought was less than stellar. I fully expect Lux to live up to the hype I'm seeing for it. She's one of the only boundary pushing artists we have in mainstream music right now.

Hey, I'm king of the world, you ought to hear my song, you come on measure me, I'm twenty inches long
