When lights are on they reflect in the poster. And on top it really looks like AI... aren't there a lot of talented LMs out there who could have had an opportunity to draw this? If the people you hire aren't creative enough to design proper merch, look no further than your own fanbase. There's so many talented artists in the LM community that would die to design for Gaga. I am sure you could easily commission a fan to make a better looking poster in exchange for a Mayhem Ball ticket.
