ANVEEROY 61,542
Tell us which song of MAYHEM represents the grandness of AURA (a song from ARTPOP) Stream Kylie-Janet Discographies!
27monster27 14,113
Maybe Perfect Celebrity? They both have related concepts. Though I feel like Aura is Aura though and hard to replicate. No shade to the song or MAYHEM, but it is so distinct that finding another Lady Gaga song like it is very hard, and I don't think she can come up with other song like it. (Not a bad thing!) he/him/his

NUTELLA 13,173
Disease & Aura remind me of each other I think they both share some type of "middle eastern" (??) sound in different ways- Aura in the production elements, Disease in some of the vocals & instruments. Right? Or am I an uncultured hick? Disease feels more sophisticated to me, though Edited October 8 by NUTELLA
Controversiaga 12,001
Abracadabra is the only truly epic song on mayhem the rest of the tracks are more cute funky groove driven and feel more relaxed and chill and safe whereas Abra is truly entrancing and ALIVE Pronounced like “Balenciaga” . Emphasis on the “Ga”
Bobina 3,117
I'd say Disease. It's no coincidence that they're both the first song "634 blowjobs in 5 days. I'm really quite tired."
Trxstan 1,624
Energetically, I’d say can’t stop the high. She also does some funky vocal stretching that is similar to how she plays with her voice in Aura. Both kinda lean into the frenetic sound and are the most ‘extreme’ of the album. Killah, Zombieboy, The Beast all feel very heavy while still being funky and mid tempo

dynamite 61,066
I don't think there's any equivalent to Aura, in terms of the song itself or the way it was released Like a poem said by a neydy in red
RochestrMonstr 3,414
I don’t think there is one. On any of the albums. Aura is too unique. 1

They’re not big anthem like tracks. doesn’t mean they’re not good. but to OPs point- compared to Aura- they’re very very tame and safe. Pronounced like “Balenciaga” . Lord Mayhem 1,697
Abracadabra and Shadow of a Man are highlights of the album in terms of their epicness I felt when I first heard them
TheARTPOPball 902
Theres not a song on mayhem that f**ks my ears like Aura
DrKindnessKunt1999 6,216
The closest song to Aura (imo) is Perfect Celebrity. Both of them have industrial influences. Vocally, I see Perfect Celebrity being closer to Aura than Disease as an example. I just see Perfect Celebrity as Aura more mature cousin.
