Sorry but the album is incredibly mid, The Fate of Ophelia is the only song that kind of caught my attention. Not catchy, lyrics are try-hard, just really boring. This review does not surprise me at all.

I think a 5.9 is a very fair score when you take all biases out of the equation. I would myself give a 5/10 to this album - it's just okay but not the worst album ever made.

The album has 3 very good songs and 3 terrible songs that don't even seem written by someone like Taylor Swift.

The remaining songs don't move the needle in any direction and just blend in without any personality or impact.

I also don't like how almost every song on the album is remiscent of a different song and, in some tracks, too close to copyright infringement level. This just makes the album come across as unoriginal, not to talk about the ethical implications if due credit hasn't been given.
