SevenWonder 4,420
It's official. I just don't get her the way most of the world does. These songs just bleed into each other for me. The epitome of meh/mid. I have no ill will for her. I really respect her, actually. And I LOVE Exile, Lover (song), and Blank Space. But overall I am just not her target demo, I guess. Happy she makes so many people happy with her music.

Tf lol Totally agree The sad thing is this album will break records as if it was a ground breaking album just because she's so popular and her fans bought 2M+ copies before having even a clue how the album would sound like

When you reach her level of success, even critics are scared to give her less than 100% score Imo this is a 3.5/5 - easy listen album, good production, but doesn't do a lot for me

ChromaticaBoy 1,006
Unfortunately I am disappointed. After The Eras Tour, which I really loved (I am a big fan of concert production), I was expecting her to evolve artistically. She already had solidified her legacy. She could afford to go beyond easy listening and explore the music genres more, with her fans following her wherever she would go. From the visuals, I was expecting something new and fresh from her, something upbeat, joyful, cabaret/vintage/theater/burlesque/pop fusion, maybe something even experimental in that field. And with Max Martin at the production, I was even more convinced of this. I genuinely thought this was the direction she was heading in, but she wasn’t.
AndiGaga 6,822
I enjoyed the Fate of Ophelia. The rest? Its so boring. She hits the notes but she has no power in her voice, no vocal range. Its not a good album, i'm sorry. Every song sounds the same. I really like her. The Eras Tour was one of the best shows ive ever seen. Anti-Hero is one of the best songs ever for me. But that new album is not it.

ModernEcstasy 9,088
Listened to it quickly and am still so confused! This album could have released at any point during her career. She has not evolved at all, yet people eat her music up like it’s up there with true artists/ legends. This album seems to be the same songs I’ve heard from her on the radio over the years with a few tweaks. Well one things for sure. Gaga has proved she can pull a Taylor with HBDYWM. But Taylor could never pull off a Gaga song. Yet it’ll be Miss Swift who gets more sales and recognition for her release. A crime. (Just want to point out that I’m not completely against Taylor. I like a couple of her songs. I just can’t wrap my head around how she’s still so relevant when more interesting artists have come and gone during her time) Edited 44 minutes ago by ModernEcstasy

Wet Fire 7,789
She never had the vocal range but there's something in her earlier albums - the melodies, the delivery, the hooks - that make them great. It's like post-Evermore she's stuck in those same, familiar notes. It's time she gets with new producers
