I didn't smell that scent in years, but when I tried that perfume I INSTANTLY knew that was it Now I'm using it everyday, and I'm literally swimming in it, because it's super cheap (around 15eu/100ml). Literally the only difference is that it is not black. Please do you have a link or the name of it? Can you take a pic of the botte I beg of you

It’s way better than Fame! I would definitely buy it again if they decide to sell it under Haus Labs on Sephora i'm gunna guess it's the same reason ARTPOP stopped getting content and why act 2 isn't a simple case of record and release: troy carter mother, what must i do?

She definitely looked way more implicated in FAME though, and the black liquid actually added something new to the table. I don’t wear makeup but I wish Haus Labs was still innovative like that. The production factory closed down and they sold the patent for the bottles which is why you see other companies using the bottle shape now. I think that plus legal issues it's pretty much dead and gone forever. It would take a tonne of money and work to get it back and it would potentially not even be the same so I highly doubt Gaga will ever go through all of that just for something she was pressured to do anyway She would deff do it today she's all about expanding her brand $ lets not forget her 2019 quote that her dream is to have haus labs take over the world and turn into a empire! GoldenNovember 570
As someone who has been collecting perfumes for 16 years, neither Fame, nor Eau de Gaga were special in any kind of way to me. One was a typical fruity floral with a made up gimmick as selling point, and the other was a default fresh scent with a low effort standard bottle. I do feel bad for those who loved these scents, though. Losing a beloved perfume is tragic. Let's just say, speaking from experience, 99% you won't find a suitable replacement! Even if both scents were rather generic in composition, finding an exact replica is hard, especially since these two are long gone and made little impact. Even the dupes have been discontinued over here. Also, Rabanne launched a perfume called Fame in 2022, so that trademark is not available anymore. If she releases a new perfume under her Haus Labs brand in the future, maybe she will be a bit more adventurous. She used to wear Womanity by Mugler after all, which was, for mainstream standards, quite different. djBuffoon 12,126
For anyone who loves the Fame perfume, get this. It's the exact same scent, stronger concentration, and cheaper than you can find the original. I prefer Eau de Gaga tbh, and I'm still looking for a good dupe of that, but I don't think it's gonna happen.
elsamars 2,340
Girl, if I could reach out to Gaga and convince her to do something we would have Vanish Into You soaring at the charts now
Ziggy 12,011
Fame was such a moment. Weird, bizarre, opulent. Sooo fun. I loved that she brought concept to a perfume and launch. The real betrayal is thinking it would give us a genuine Scheiße video

I don't know if they're shipping abroad though https://perfumeriasylvia.pl/pl/p/-1-246-FAME-LADY-GAGA-PERFUMY-INSPIROWANE/149 As for the bottles, all their perfumes share the same one. This yellow label is only there on their web pics, it's not a part of the bottle design, they're all see-through glass with a small, round sticker with perfume's number I've been getting messages from my deep waters

Well, this is what irks me, perfume enthusiasts often call them generic, but at the same time no-one seems to be able to name other perfumes that are dupes or very similar. 3 hours ago, djBuffoon said: For anyone who loves the Fame perfume, get this. The opening of Toy Boy reminds me a bit of Eau de Gaga, but then the rose gets stronger and it becomes sweeter than EDG, while EDG stays more leathery and citric. By saying generic, I refer to the composition and type of fragrance. A fruity floral like Fame is among the most common type of fragrances. They used to be popular in the lower price segment, but nowadays have made their way into 'high end' perfumery. Anyway, a scent can be generic, but still not have an exact dupe. Even if scents are different from one another, they can still both be generic smelling. Personally, I always found Fame to be pretty close to Lady Million by Rabanne. Both smell of honeyed fruit with some nondescript flowers. Fame was a bit more on the fruity side, Lady Million is more floral. But overall mighty similar. Many disagree, as olfactory perception is highly individual. Edited 10 hours ago by GoldenNovember It's hard to light a candle, easy to curse the dark instead. As a perfume addict myself, I totally agree - Fame was generally a jasmine scent with grape-sodaish opening which is reminiscent of that period when it comes to celebrity scents. I think its current cult classic status comes down to nostalgia and it being discontinued. But i also think, if she were to release a fragrance nowadays it still would be somewhat safe - i Think generally gaga likes soft and clean scents, because its known that she wears Daisy by Marc Jacobs - i think Womanity might have been some deal between her and Mugler, cause she was their face at that time, so to speak.
