If the album is good, I wouldn’t care. But if it’s TTPD… promo is just gonna be a painful reminder that the album wasn’t good. That’s what TTPD has been for me at least. Midnights was amazing, Folklore was amazing.

Yeah, Thriller was more about the endeavour to make the greatest and best selling album of all time that appealed to as many people as possible. I imagine that’s more what Taylor is hoping for, not that she will get anywhere near

so tired of her and have been so since 1989. I'm not a part of her audience so I can't relate but don't they get fatigue? She's been active since idk 2006, and she's already at her 12th album and some of those are bloated as hell, also the re-records and everything.

She's making crazy money and huge numbers too but I'm still astonished, after all these years, that probably the most commercially successful female popstar ever has nothing to offer me but everyone else seems to get it.

i mean, let’s be honest… if gaga was dropping TONS of music every year that we found palatable, we’d probably be foaming at the mouth & dropping big bucks on the same stuff swifties do

I don’t know how the promo is gonna turn out. So far what we had was stupid countdowns leading to vinyl variants. Couple of weeks till the album drops, no mention of the lead single.
