What exactly does Michael do with Gaga?

This is such a weird question to me somehow  like, "helping" doesn't necessarily mean he played a contractual role in a business exchange.. "helping" is - and I assume especially for Gaga - to be a person who she can talk to, sit at dinner with on a day where she has a major blockade or whatever, someone who's there to distract her and more. Sure, there is a co-writing part, but Gaga can have anybody in the industry to work with her, I don't think that thats the primary role he played. She's a person at the end of the day and not a business venture <3

I’d say he was a real driving force behind her getting back to pursuing her passion and feeling well enough to be able to deliver at the same level again. 

He seeks to be passionate about us fans and honours her commitment to her career. 

Business wise I would imagine strategic insight and helping to make certain partnerships work.
