Gaga also said that he was in the studio with her, so it seems like he's a creative--at least on some level. Dude was originally into tech before he started running Sean Parker's charity foundation, so doing stuff for Gaga on the technological side makes sense. Fun fact-Sean Parker despises Elon Musk with a passion. Apparently, like two decades ago Parker briefly worked with Musk, and whatever happened turned him off Musk enough that he now hates him.
