I think a lot of people fail to get that SL is meant to have that uncanny, flat, 1980s, power ranger type vibe.

Its also a song that contains some of her best lyrics.

TDD and it's not even close. TDD is actually better than some of her older videos like Eh Eh, Million Reasons and even John Wayne IMO. SL probably worst one overall. I also think the hate for the MV is a bit overblown. Not everything will feel like BR, Abra or Judas. But this has very good choreo, a fun and vampy vibe. And the song is fantastic.

TDD is the worst thing I’ve ever seen. 

It’s just not for me at all. The whole video, aesthetics, choreography, direction was just off. 

It has beaten GUY, MR and Eh eh as my least favorite Gaga MV ever. Sometimes you just can’t please everybody and that’s ok too.

Stupid Love is simple but it has pretty intense choreography, lots of colours, a simple storyline about tribal fight and was a solid introduction to the Chromatica era.

I love Gaga's acting in The Dead Dance but it felt more John Wayne-scale, there weren't as many dancers involved and the choreo seemed a bit rushed as she had to learn it quickly and shoot it in Mexico. I'm happy it got made but it's Stupid Love for me.

You can tell Stupid Love was shot on an iPhone. There are photographs on set that look a lot better than the final product, it just looks really cheap. The Dead Dance does have some great shots within the video.

I cannot at this TDD slander  don't y'all dare insult Burton like that, even putting it next to the abomination that was SL is horrible. It's a really beautiful video, and just because theres not constant crazy flashing scenes and 101 wardrobe changes doesn't make something a bad video.
