Photoshoots and album cover are among her weakest Ā Compared to chromatica, 10/10. In general, 8/10.Ā I really wished they did a summer single + music video to keep the momentum going. Justice for VIY. And she really needs to bring street fashion back. It makes the era so much more alive.Ā Hopefully we get a few grammy wins and a grammy performance. All I can remember was ELLE and NYT. She didnāt have any international Vogue covers (France, Italy, UK, Japan etc) or from other ones like V, Perfect, W. On that front, a bit disappointing. PapaLegba 9 Posted August 29 Share Posted August 29 This is how it should've gone down: Aug 2024 - DWAS Sept 2024 - Disease Jan 2025 - Abra (on a Friday) April 2025 - Eden (video released the Friday before the GagaChella) August 2025 - VanishĀ A few weeks before Halloween 2025 - Zombie And I would put out LoveDrug around January 2026 as the final single as I believe this song would easily become an instant Euro Classic but people seem to be sleeping on it. I should note that all of the singles should be released on Fridays accompanied by music videos and have cds signed alongside multiple versions and a remix ready which would secure high peak charting positions. I don't see why Interscope are wasting so much song potential and act like amateurs when this is the era that deserved 6-7 singles. palma 8,017 Posted August 29 Share Posted August 29 Itās hands down the best era since BTW from a fanās POV and what matters more is weĀ knowĀ she was/is safe and happy conceiving and promoting it. Iād like for her to put out another video or two after releasing the album cuz SOAM, PC, GOE, Zombieboy and Vanish are some of her all time best songs with incredible visual potential but we got Coachella and Rio which are, lbr, will be much more memorable in the long run as career highlights so I guess I canāt protest too much. I mean she is really the best popstar around nowadays and Iām saying that trying my hardest to not be biased. Is there some reason my LG7 isn't here? Joanne also had a very strong tour imo but album wise itās the best since ARTPOP which I slightly prefer but the tour and her presence and everything else puts it above that in terms of era. and the Tour is just magnificent and itās obviously the main experience just like with any era of Gaga. so given thatās probably her 2nd or actual best one yet, Mayhem is without a doubt a top 3 era. for me. āFantastic, chic, freak, slay.ā Quote Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
