Eh, early J&P was pretty hit or miss imo and I said 2021/2022 because I think her vocal training/stamina improved significantly once CBT started but wasn’t in peak form earlier in the year. Also CBT’s vocals (and the J&P run in 2023) were great, but the MAYHEM era’s vocals are even better.

Probably a combination of taking better care of her voice (less smoking and drinking and drugs), her body (not touring as much or dancing in heels etc) and taking enough rest and sleep. Plus she may have changed up her warmup and how she trains her voice now she has been a jazz artist too.

I'm no expert, but I listened hard to what she was doing in J&P in 2019, and basically I think she started off great but deteriorated through the year. I just think that was a bad year for her. There is reason to believe that she was in poor shape both physically and mentally (she spoke about it in Chromatica interviews), but she has progressed really well since then and she sounds great all the time now.

She sounds better that when she debuted. Is incredible how her voice has improved.
