and Happy Mistake is not eligible for Best Song Written For Visual media because it’s not in the film I think. Folie a Deux would be the eligible song for that category from Harlequin 

if the song is good, trends big and have a strong quality, it won't matter. Believe me if Bloody Mary was eligible at the time it trended it would have won a big amount of Grammys even if it went big in October / November 2022

Releasing it on the same time as Abracadabra could actully spread the votes and she may leave with nothing at the end, unless she doesn't submit DD in big categories tbh

Sept 3rd along with Wednesday part 2. I don’t think she’d release Dead Dance during this Grammy period if she intends to submit that to Pop and major categories next next year (2027). 

She has Mayhem and Harlequin for 2026 and Folie a Deux for Song Written for Visual Media unless she decides not to do that and just put Dead Dance in that category.

I’m still surprised they waited until the very end of October to release Disease. It had promise to be a larger moment for the Halloween season but it only had a couple days before Holiday music took over. Really hoping we get Dead Dance sooner rather than later.

With out luck, Taylor will surprise drop her 45-track triple album on Sept 3. So, Dead Dance will not receive any radio/streaming deal and Gaga won't naturally do any promo and it will be blocked out of top 50 due to Taylor and Sabrina's combined streaming forces.

Those are a lot of “Ifs” my friend! You’re counting on a viral one in a millionth chance. We can’t control virality, only strategy 

And submitting along Abra has nothing to do with vote splitting because they simply would not compete in the same categories. Abra goes in Pop Dance, and another song will go in Pop solo. We don’t know what she will send for that category (Disease, Happy Mistake, Dead Dance all fit but neither will compete with Abra). And the big categories she won’t submit anything that isn’t Abra, let’s be real about it.
