I Wanna Be With You wasn't leaked, she performed it at the apple music/itunes whatever show pre-release. Then, after her manager left and I assume some other personal stuff she changed it to a sadder song about quitting drugs. It was very intentional. It would be very weird if she changed it back for this bow song.

I Wanna With You leaked a couple years ago

It was said at the time the label wanted her to rework this one, but she wanted IWBWU. It was a last minute rework with Rick Rubin
