I know the article said "next month", but it would be smarter to release the song on the 29th of this month and have it take full advantage of the netflix hype the next week.

That combined with a radio deal should shoot it to the top10.

But this is the first time it's been reliably linked to a soundtrack vs a deluxe ed of Mayhem. And we also have zero firm details about the release time frame. 

Given it's not an official announcement. It throws a the cat among the pidgeons of rumours we've been relying on for hype until now. And it doesn't give firm release details. It fully deserves the rumour tag. 

I changed it back to News. I think Variety is a credible source.

I agree tbh, if the song is in Wednesday that means it will be out by Sept 3rd via the show.
