This is 100% like when Americans moved west and killed the Native Americans in the process, to ''clear'' the land. No wonder the US-Israel bond is so close.

Its so horrible and sad to see this. I have an Israeli Landlord and man im finding it hard to disassociate from what is happening on the other side of the world because this man is such a shitty Person. I know i cant make a single story out of a group of people.

I don't think it's fair to judge groups of peoples... but if he is a bad person, I get it may me hard to dissociate him from other bad stuff.

The whole "Greater Israel" plan 'cause "we are ordained by God to control this land, we are the chosen people" is deadass no different from European colonists manifesting their destinies all over the millions of people that already lived here.

Both countries are built and bonded by blood and on top of bodies.

Literally, and we have Americans here who are just grateful to be on the other side of this brutal world. Its crazy how many people become complacent. I feel like the dystopian books I use to read as a teenager are not so dystopian. People really do become accustomed to the privileges they have. When they realize the horrors that occur for us to have this type of lifestyle they look away. Its crazy how little of us are out there that are willing to rage against The Darkness.

Important to remember that Zionism was literally invented by European Jewish political figures and scholars off of the back of the Jewish Enlightenment. 

So its resemblance to European and American imperialism is not at all accident. It is its very dna.

The recognition of Palestine is not enough and western countries are ridiculous if they think that will absolve them of their complicity. 
 

Every politician and settler involved in the breaking of international law needs to be arrested and tried. Western governments will lose all credibility if war criminals are allowed to walk. This will be the biggest injustice of modern history and the world, but especially the “liberal democratic” west, will have to carry that with them for as long as we have “rules-based” order.

Its not an American thing though, its literally the entire world, but everyone has moved on from the brutality of the past (and created a new forms of brutality). But Israel is still doing what other countries did 100 years ago, thats why what they are doing today is uniquely evil in the modern world.
