Aura, Partysick, Swineeeee all mixed into one!! I am also willing to bet her original setlist for 2017 RIR would've had a lot of ARTPOP deep cuts too, similar to Coachella. We also got the full AURA at Enigma. However, I'll take the 2025 version because it's clear Gaga was not in the healthiest state during 2019. Anyways, I think she remembers ARTPOP guys. AVeryGagaHolyDick 25,313 Posted July 24 Share Posted July 24 Gaga definitely lost confidence in her artistry after ARTPOP, I think she was fine in the first half of 2015 and then it all went downhill until The Chromatica Ball. She still gave us great music and art in general, but there was a little something that felt off. Around 2019, you could tell she was desperately trying to be GAGA again but she didn’t feel good and it looked quite forced, almost like a parody, while she was shining at Jazz & Piano (despite subconsciously being quite GAGA there.) I think the 2021 petition for ARTPOP Act II as well as Bloody Mary smashing made her gain that confidence back, she’s strong enough to be fully herself in her artistry, and that resulted in MAYHEM. 7 1 Quote Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

Even the most pretentious critic of them all Anthony Fantano said Chromatica and Million Raidins deserved more credit. It’s honestly her most incorporated album. Like her 2017 Coachella had 2 deep cuts what other album had that Also she included Aura in Enigma and I feel like the album is brought up on most interviews (which she approves the questions you guys do know that right lol) But I agree and have known for awhile that she was gone after ARTPOP. When the artrave ended (even towards the end of it) she was completely different… Joanne and Chromatica were so ANTI Gaga. Not writing or producing songs. Straight up buying complete song sand essentially covering them. And the work showed. I was not a massive fan of either of those albums. Finally Mayhem feels like a ****ing return to form after a whole decade of “what happened to Gaga”.
