I agree on this. But let's be real honest on this as of now people are not really clicking from the release point of view. Maybe they will push this hard and throw it to people's throat and everything will change. But if it doesn't click at the end, there should be no meltdowns on fans side. Just released to build hype. Fine by me. I just want it to enter the hot 100 period - Do not care where it lands. A new chart entry and a cute 100M+ streams down the road. According to Talk of the Charts, Runway will debut on this week's Hot 100 around position 50, which is 45 spots higher than I expected Those first day streams really came through! But, 10 million billboard units and 10 million RIAA units are different. One thing I really like about RIAA is that they actually outline their criteria for certification on their website.
