Typically record labels will update an artist's certifications whenever a new era is brewing or beginning. I believe they updated some of Gaga's numbers not too long ago (maybe within the last couple of months or year?) but not her certifications I don't think. On one hand, I'm happy that Gaga is keeping up with newer artists. On the other hand, it's concerning how male dominated the music industry is. If Dead Dance is released alongside Wednesday with radio and all, she just needs 130/140ish points for the song to debut in the top 10. If she does physicals, it may be even easier...
