Highly doubtful that Ava herself knows about and condones this. Record labels call all the shots on this one and more of them are slacking on refunds lately. But mud sticks and people will absolutely blame the artist. It makes no sense that higher priced tickets don't get refunded so Atlantic are being greedy here. I was just reading the other day from an internet commenter that their sister was a huge Chris Brown fan back in the day and paid several hundred for a meet and greet with him but then the tour got cancelled, she never got refunded and that's when she stopped being a fan. That kind of theft is outrageous and how it can still happen today is not on. Thank God Gaga refunded everyone quickly when she had to cancel. I'd dread to think what it would do to her image if that weren't the case.

Reading that makes me wondering tbh, I had tickets for the show and the day of the cancellation announcement I got both emails from the venue and Ticketmaster saying that refunds were going to be processed automatically with no need for further actions, also no mention about “no return of total amount” kinda thing either.

It's important to report these situations to your credit card company and have them cancel the transaction for a service not rendered. If you follow the steps properly, you should get your money back!
