Teletubby 146,941
“If you were going to choose her as some type of role model, she would not steer you wrong,” says Patti Smith, who Dua interviewed for her book club. “You know, she’s fun-loving, she cares about people – that’s in parallel to having a real thirst for knowledge. She’s fighting to seek protection from AI, which is something that affects all of us. She’s not afraid to speak out for displaced people. She’s very independent, she’s interested in many cultural topics. She really takes hold of being alive. It’s exciting to watch someone continue to grow.” "You b*tch!" ~ Rat Boy 1 2

She’s regarded as the “Godmother of Punk,” has always been a very literary and transgressive artist, and for her to praise someone who is, no shade but, a fairly run of the mill pop star is somewhat unexpected imo. But I also think it doesn’t hurt that Dua picked one of Smith’s books for her book club lmao Edited Thursday at 11:16 PM by Ladle Ghoulash We have forgotten our public MANNERS
