This is true for most of the world I think. Other than "Single Ladies" and "Telephone", I don't think she has any other easily recognizable songs for the general audience, outside the United States. Nobody in my family can probably name a single song by her. I'm actually surprised she can carry big crowds globally at all considering her lack of hits, and how intrinsically "US" her music is. 

I think the growth in recent years of a global Pop audience, has greatly benefitted acts like Taylor and Beyoncé, who were pretty local quite frankly. Taylor is now a global phenomenon, and Beyoncé might not be a titan of the same caliber, but she can still sell tons if tickets worldwide... with a niche audience, really, she doesn't have the catalog that Madonna, Britney or GaGa have. 

This is still a win for her TBH. Even if her tour isn't sold out, it is still remarkable. She's doing great.
